After upgrading  from a basic phone to an HTC Insipire earlier this year I was happy for a while until I realized all the bloatware that comes preloaded with any ATT phone and apps constantly run in the background and are impossible to remove unless you pay someone to root your android phone or do it yourself.

Even though I am a tech and gadget buff  I didn’t use all the apps, beyond Angry birds or wassup to chat nothing else, and I still like taking pictures with my cameras (amateur photographer), I own an Ipod Classic 160gb  where I carry all my music library and I know its bulky to carry all that stuff around but its not like I carry it all in satchel. So needless to say I changed back to a basic phone.

Now my wife asked me what phone I want for christmas?  First thing that came into my head was that I want a manly phone, a cell phone so manly it needs a shave, so salty, hairy that it makes the burliest of men feel inadequate, the most rugged son of bitch out there. I found this phone on the sprint website and I think im going with this one, ugly enough to not be accused of metrosexualism, has a rubber grip case and a huge metal screw on the back of it, didnt even really care to look into the specs this is what I am getting it and thats it, I just need to flash it so I can use it with MetroPCS contracts are not manly either!

It starts off with the wedding of “Mr. I have made vampires everywhere seem like pale weenies in the mind of every teenage girl on the planet” and a droopy Bella that almost looks like her character has been on a 30 day binge doing pure Colombian joy powder off a transgenic prostitute’s ass crack with her bridal party, even the nuptials were dated and boring, not even Dave Tutera could have saved this wedding (Don’t ask me why I know that name).

The movie quickly moves to the honeymoon on some Island by Rio (you know like the bird movie where they dance) and then the most passionless love scene accompanied by crap music, I mean its more interesting to watch two flies f#$% on the discovery channel.

Then we see the fastest pregnancy in history followed by a graphic and gruesome c-section (hopefully this will push those pre-pubescent girl fans to abstinence until the next craze)

The only action you see is at the end with a battle that looks like a broadway dance number more than a fight and it culminates with werewolf guy AKA shark boy lmao, having to pick between his pack or to keep stalking the mouth breather (though choice huh).

Spoiler alert:

you can also see Edward googleing demon child which was funny, the werewolf is really in love with bella’s baby not her, its some weirdness from the book that I have yet to comprehend, anyway stay away from this movie it seems that they decided to split it up into two movies like the potter series but the only thing that came out was a cliched self parody of a movie that will probably keep its numbers because of the huge following, even though the writing is crap not that the one from the first movie deserved an academy award but geez.

so avoid, avoid, avoid if you can.

I know you feel awkward and you have no sense of what use to be the standard for normal social interaction, like calling a girl, or heck! even walking up to one and trying to start a conversation instead of aimlessly friending fake spammer profiles on Facebook with pictures of hot girls in the hope that one might like you for the weird little freak that you are. Or tweeting your friend in Norway (that is probably an overweight 45 year old man role playing as hot little teen girl) about whats on your breakfast plate.

I mean don’t get me wrong this brings an infinite stream of amusement my way, but I cant help but wonder where the world is  going to end up in 30 years when im pushing 60, I use to be hardcore fan of spaceghost coast to coast with the irreverence and insanity it showed it even spawned aqua teen hunger force which I enjoyed somewhat, but now we have NTSF: SD:: SUV which is a caricaturistic satirical view on all the crime shows like CSI that I admit were over the top with the catch phrases and the overly dramatic dramatization poses (taking off your sunglasses and looking away from the camera, you know who you are don’t make me say your name), but kids just blow my mind these days, they have no idea why things are funny, they are overly technological with no substance, they based their knowledge on Google page ranking, so I guess in the not so distant future if somebody googles  ”The Prince of Pop” and by some miracle Justin Bieber Shows up above Michael Jackson it might create some confusion about thriller.

So maybe Futurama is not as far fetched as I thought it was at one time, Charlie Chaplin tried to take over europe with comedy and his army of nazy’s? why not specially if the game is changing not into who controls the past but who controls the most immidiate and easily attainable information.

When I first heard about them planning for an Avengers movie my uber geek alter ego jumped up in excitement, but with the excitement also comes the concern for the movie studios to actually be able to spit out a watchable movie with so much going on, I guess they broke it apart into additional movies with Thor, Captain America but I am still no sure if I am more excited or affraid.

The trailer for it just came out, I can see Thor, Loki(his evil brother that was suppose to be dead from the Thor Movie), Iron Man by Robert Downey Jr, Nick Fury played by non other than Samuel “Bad Mothaf#$% Wallet” Jackson, Black Widow Played by the amazingly hot Scarlett Johansson, Captain America by Chris Evans, Jeremy Renner (The Guy from the hurt locker) as Hawkeye and the Hulk that if I am not mistaken is going to be portrayed by Mark Ruffalo (Weird).

First of all, I didn’t even know that dwarf tossing was illegal as messed up as that sounds, I read it the other day on the Sun Sentinel and it actually provoked a giggling fit through out my whole day, even in the middle of two business meetings I had to attend.

,I don’t mean that as a negative thing, he is simply a quirky and real life person bringing up real issues that affect the little guy (literally), after reading abc 20/20 blog there is a little person (Dave Flood) saying that his rights are being violated by use making the decision for him. If you think about it there is a serious underlying issue here, as disgusted or amused as you might be by this practice,  should we keep a ban on it?  What if someone decides that throwing John Cena or the Undertaker around on the WWE ring’s is cruel and unusual.

Jimmy Kimmel ran the story on his show and actually made me fall of my chair for a second time.

Flood is an entertainer in Florida and he says that keeping this ban up is interfering with his way to make a living, I actually side with him and say that they should give him civil liberties to earn a living the best way he can with taste getting in the way of it.

First of all I am not going to lie to you, the previews did look appealing, even though im still trying to get over the fact that Mattel actually commissioned a movie based on the Rock’em Sock’em robot game which you might remember from golden oldie commercial below.

It seems that on Rotten Tomatoes it started with an 80% rating from the critics but it went down to 59% as off this morning while maintaining 79% from the audience, to tell you the truth I do admit that it has some cliche’s in the movie where the boy teaches his childish father a life lesson and there is a complete and total disregard for robotics and the laws of physics, but this type of movie cant be made any other way if you want it to be entertaining, its the same thing I use to tell my friends when I use to go and see schwarzenegger ” You don’t walk in expecting Shakespeare” or to even understand all the words coming out of his mouth, but you want to see things blow up and be completely and blatantly blown out of proportion.

I give it a thumbs up and I enjoyed it for what it is, coming from Rock’em Sock’em Robots I think its amazing.

I’m not sure if Hugh Jackman picked the best movie role once again, but I am still a huge fan even though I’ve seen him dance in the theater which brings the Wolverinian persona crumbling down when an tiny version of him dancing and wearing golden pants walks by mocking me whenever I am trying to watch any of his movies.

I still say you should risk it and go to see for yourself, don’t expect a major story line, there is nothing new about the story, just the way its told and the Robot boxing of course.

To tell you the truth I personally don’t mourn the passing of public figures or celebrities, the last time I remember I was truly grief stricken by the death of someone that was not close to me was George Carlin, which as strange as it sounds I read it on I-Tunes when they were showing an ad in commemoration.

Now I find myself deeply affected by this which is strange, Steve Jobs was 56, he died peacefully the family remarked leaving behind a son and three daughters, he was the co-founder of apple and pixar for those who just enjoy the movies, he bought it from Lucas Film and was one of the many people responsible for what it is today.

I cant really comment on the competition or anybody else, he touched my life in so many ways that it is difficult to sum it up, since my first mac, to my first Ipod, the first time I watched Toy Story or when I used Render Man in my 3d courses. You will really be missed.
